Site coordination & installation planning

We work to the agreed programme and liaise with the main contractor, M&E consultant and commissioning engineers so handover documentation and testing records are in place when needed.

Frequently asked questions

Can you alter heating pipework in an occupied building?

Yes, with planning. We phase alterations, agree isolation windows with the building manager and keep disruption to occupants as low as practical.

Do you install to consultant drawings?

We can work from M&E consultant or design-and-build drawings and will raise any clashes or queries before installation rather than after.

Do you carry out commissioning?

Our scope is the pipework installation and testing. We coordinate closely with your commissioning specialist so the system is ready for flushing, balancing and handover.
