We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and communicate with you about your project. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Storage and security

Enquiries and uploaded files are stored securely and are not publicly accessible. Access is restricted to people at RJ Mechanical who need it to handle your enquiry.

Retention

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
