Domestic Pipework Installation

Well-planned heating and water distribution pipework for homes, extensions and residential refurbishments — routed neatly, supported properly and installed with the same discipline we bring to commercial work.

What the service involves

  1. 01Reviewing the existing system and how new pipework will connect to it.
  2. 02Planning routes that minimise disruption to floors, walls and finishes.
  3. 03Installing, supporting and testing the new pipework before it is concealed.

Typical project considerations

What we plan for

  • Access beneath floors and within walls
  • Coordination with other trades during first fix
  • Keeping occupied homes usable during works
  • Material choice to suit the existing system

Site coordination & installation planning

On residential projects we agree working areas, isolation times and access in advance, so families and other trades know what to expect each day.

Frequently asked questions

Can you work alongside my builder or kitchen fitter?

Yes. Domestic pipework is often installed at first-fix stage, so we agree a sequence with your builder or other trades to avoid pipework being boxed in before it has been tested.

Will my water or heating be off for long?

Isolation periods depend on the scope. We plan the work so that shut-downs are kept as short as practical and agree timings with you beforehand.

Do you replace old pipework as well as installing new?

Yes. Where existing pipework is in poor condition or badly routed, we can assess it and propose a replacement as part of your project.
